A home Inspection is a visual, non-invasive Inspection of all the major systems of your home. The first stage involves inspecting the exterior of the home - roof drainage, foundation, exterior siding, windows and doors. The second stage involves Inspecting the interior of the home - heating and cooling systems, plumbing, and a room by room inspection of interior finishes. We also inspect your attic for signs of moisture, lock of ventilation, to determine If them is proper and adequate insulation coverage, and to look for vermiculite or asbestos insulation. We offer FREE thermal Imaging as part of the inspection package! Our computer-generated report then clearly sets out all deficiencies and maintenance requirements for your property.
We offer a distinct level of service that sets us apart from other inspection companies.
For up to one year after your initial home inspection, we will assist in identifying anomalies that you may find in the home after you have moved in.
As long as you own your home, you can contact us seven days a week by phone, email, or text message for clarification or questions about your new home.
Maintenance inspections are recommended every three to five years. If you choose to have a maintenance inspection performed by us within five years of your initial inspection, you will receive $75.00 off the regular price.
You can choose to receive our monthly home newsletter outlining great home information. This newsletter will help you learn even more about your new home.
Major repairs that are negotiated as a result of our home inspection can be reinspected. We will return to the property to ensure that the contractually agreed upon components have been repaired to a satisfactory level.
If we find major concerns during the inspection that cause you not to buy the home, we will inspect the next home you place an offer on and save you $75.00 off of the regular price.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee if not 100% satisfied.
